The National Hispanic Bariatric Association, an Association for Bariatric Patients and Obesity, is a non-profit organization that focuses on raising awareness about the issues of overweight and obesity at all levels. Operating across the entire Spanish territory, our work aims to educate citizens about the disease, its risks, and the guidelines for proper treatment.
Acción Psoriasis is a Spanish non-profit association dedicated to raising awareness of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis in all their forms and consequences. This association serves as a national information reference on the disease and beyond, engaging in multidisciplinary work with patients, families, members, volunteers, health professionals, public administration, and businesses.
AMAFE, Spanish Association for Support in Psychosis, is a national, non-profit entity, established in 1989 by relatives of people with mental illness who felt the need to establish an Entity that could give a comprehensive and effective response to issues related to the mental health of their loved ones. Currently, it counts more than 600 members, who in turn represent thousands of families with a member affected by psychosis or schizophrenia.
ASARGA, is a nonprofit association that brings together patients affected by all types of sarcoma in Spain, giving support to both people suffering from this disease and their families. ASARGA works in coordination with other associations at a national level that, in one way or another, develop their activity for groups of a similar nature to theirs.
Plataforma de Organizaciones de Pacientes is a Spanish nonprofit organization that brings together state-level patient organizations to collectively advocate for the rights and health and social care needs of individuals with chronic diseases or chronic symptoms. Their mission is to promote participation and defend the rights of people with chronic health needs across all areas, policies, and actions affecting their lives, aiming for full inclusion and improved quality of life.
